Bought New Fan W/ Heatsink & Accessories...., Dont Know How To Put It On :S

Hey everyone, i have a A7N8X Deluxe, i went out and bought a Vantec Iceberg Fan from http://www.pccasegear.com.au/prod712.htm and i dont know how to put it on the south bridge, im very new at this stuff (working inside computers) and i would love to learn more...i need a step by step guide for someone who has NEVER done it before, it came with some tape and glue i dont no how to use it exaclty and if i cant touch the south bridge chip, please can anyone help me out ?
i have a fan on my northbridge because it came with a stock heatsink on the NB and i just bought a fan and screwed it on, but i dont no how to stick on a heatsink onto a chipset ?

Any sugestions would be great....

usually it will come with thermal paste, which is kind of a sticky paste supstance, spread that over the core, then stick the heatsink on top of it... after that you should be able to screw the fan in i believe.
