I just started getting this Code 32 with Win7 Home Premium 64-bit today with my LG GGW-H20L, and I have no idea why. The drive will not show up in My Computer. Any suggestions?

For additional information. I'm running an EVGA X58-A1 motherboard. Never had a problem before today.

First think I would try is unplugging the power and sata, restart and the plug back in and start up again, or try a different sata on mobo.

Still nothing.

Driver installation always fails when Windows tries to install the driver. To make things better there is no driver you can download. Only firmware updates.

You could see if you have a system restore back to before the problem started.

Deleting the upper and lower filters worked. Thank you very much.

just remember, when ever you have a new OS, never install old disc burning applications.
