If I blow anything off, I'm sure it won't be limited to my fingers. :D
Happy 4th!
Well, I'm off to Manhattan tomorrow, go from bar to bar and maybe end up by the river to see some fire works. :D
But by the time I get to the river, I don't know how much of the show I'll actually see :p
Anyone doing anything exciting tomorrow?
Oh, and Happy 4th of July

My friend's party until 11 or so, then over to another friend's for fireworks until about 3 AM when I stumbled into my house half asleep.

LOL! Tru dat!
Yeah that is the only reason we don't bomb France.
:p :D That is just a joke :D
It was France who helped bottle up the main British force at the final battle of Yorktown, by closing off the harbor with their fleet. Then we laid seige to the town and force the surrender. w00t

Yeah! when monkies fly out of my butt singing the national anthem backwards in pig latin. :D
Here is what I don't get. England had the largest force on forgein to that date and lost to a bunch of farmers and rebels. How does this happen?:D
In all seriousness it was Washington's plan to drag the war out so that the British would tire of a colonial war. Washington knew he could not defeat the British head to head on every front so he dodged and fainted most the time. He believed that they only need one major victory after years of fighting to push British rule out. This came at Yorktown. Washington was not a military genious but was a genious at making due with what he had.
BTW the SAS are good but not when going up against SEALs, Delta, DevGruand the rest of our spec ops. Just to many of us with as much skill as the SAS. Now I would not want to try and back up my statement. ;) :D

And drinking tea :)
Actually at that time it was the biggest forgein troop build up in the colonies.
We also drank high tea back then.....until the tea tax revolution. ;)

Even if the American revolution didn't succeed that time, there would have been other times. ;)
