I've been unemployed since November. I've applied @ various places that apply to my skillset with no luck. & I can't take a lower paying job than what unemployment pays me.

I don't know what your situation is like- but since you are so drawn to alchohol have you ever considered starting up your own local brewery?

Would take a lot of hard work, but I don't see why you couldn't pull it off. :D :lol: Just don't drink all your product before you can sell it. :p
