I'm learning how to work with video atm but I have run into a problem that I am not able to fix. When I edit video in adobe premiere my file looks fine but when I go to export it to adobe encoder to put in my settings h.264 1080p ect encoder seems to add a slight motion blur to all my videos. I do not put any effects on my videos I am strictly going from my source file which was recorded in 1920x1080 res at 29.95fps (aka 30fps) with fraps to adobe premiere then to encoder to encode... how do i get rid of the damn motion blur effect?

Have you tried deinterlacing the fields?

I's been a while since I've used After Effects, but iirc, there should be an option to resample the video. Make sure you don't have that checked. If it's not resampling the raw file, then my guess is that it's deinterlacing. Most of the time, digital sources have it.

Changing the field works for 720p but when you up the level to 4.2 to get 1080p you cannot adjust the field from upper/lower/none?? Using the H.264 of course.

if you use a 1080P source, you would not have any de-interlacing option (P stands for progressive, no interlace used). What is your source?

if the only thing you want to do is re-encode it, try ripbot264 simple program and a great encoder. you need haali, avisync and ffdshow to get it running.

i tried premiere before, could never get a proper encode out of it

make sure you get the fps correct, 29.95 fps sounds rare, not a standard fps, you sure its not 29.970 fps?

and 29.95 or 29.970 does not equal 30fps.

Well i got it to work so that it wont give me motion blur but now my quality of the entire video looks like utter **** even with the bitrate @ 15+ also, I meant to say 29.97 not 95.
