How did a Sears logo get in my GMail "from" field?

I've occasionally gotten this as well. I don't know why it doesn't happen every time.

Maybe a lab or FF Extension issue?

Sears hacked google... :bleh:

I bet what they really did was put HTML code in the from section of the email header. If Gmail just copies whatever is there and puts it in the From column, then they could embed an image of their logo easily.

I has a favicon too. First one as I get adverts from them almost every day, I have a Sears MC.
