View Full Version : LOL the Turks got caught!
Big babies (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,91162,00.html) They got caught now they want them back. Looks like there wasn't anything special about the Turks special forces. Our SF kick butt. The funny thing is we didn't send in SF they were just troops.
Yep. The Turks got busted trying to cause trouble in Iraq. Then they have the nerve to bash and demand? Probably want more money now. :angel2:

In my humble opinion - the worst "news" service a person can watch or read- irrelevant, scandalous, biased, unprofessional.
Out of all those years that I lived in the US of A one of the things that I hated teh most were the "NEWS" - fox being all teh way on the top right next to UPN and WBIX.

But Fox is way up there for me as well
bleh.. fox ain't that bad... that riley cat is just so full of himself he sort of puts me off the channel.. but the news is not THAT bad... sure its right wing... but it IS news... :)
they do screen what they say... as would any other news organisation putting forth news that furthers its own beliefs or ideals... :)

No you have a problem with Foxnews stating what it's political slant is. The rest of them act like they are unbiased. Pffft! CNN, BBC, ABC, CBS, NBC and all the other left leaning agencies are just that left leaning but they deny it to the end of the earth. The people on fox are known conservatives and liberals and don't hide it. Every new agency has a bias. it used to be this way back at the turn of the 20th century. There was a conservative paper and a liberal paper and you knew what you were going to get from them. Now the big agencies act neutral. This is impossible.
Show me where Foxnews was any more scandalous or unprofessinal than any other news agency. Show me where they intentionaly lied. Don't confuse a political leaning with bad reporting. I read and watch most the news agencies and know what I am going to get, yet just because I think they are liberal does not mean they are scandalous or unprofessional.

Fox News beat CNN for Iraq War news coverage. Just think of how much worse it would have been if it had come out CNN had (http://www.pcabusers.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=26248) been brownnosing the Hussein regime and not reporting certain things.
Then there is the NY Slimes with the whole Jayson Blair scandal.
As for local news sources...during the Iraq War the WashingtonPost made it look like the coalition was losing. Its like...what war are you libs looking at? Of course history showed CNN, WashingtonPost, N.Y.Times and the rest to be wrong.
Have you notice MSNBC is turning way conservative. They are booting liberals left and right and replacing with conservative. Not just moderates but conservatives. I still don't watch it but catch it now and again.

They put Bill Press against Pat Buchanan, and that guy is a serious turd! I usually watch MSNBC over Fox depending on the time...
MSNBC seems more of a just reporting the news w/o bias during regular news times.
