I was best man at a Renaissance-themed wedding... Queen Trigger had to dress up for it too. :p

Anyway, I put the stuff up on Craigslist and got no hits so far. Here's what I got. I can do a package deal for what its worth:

Lot of Renaissance Clothing (Men's and Women's) from retailers By the Sword and Pearson's Renaissance Shop. All in excellent condition (worn only once).

Lot includes:

A. Men's Medieval Ring Belt, one size in Black
$18 new, will sell for $11

B. Men's Thor's Hammer Embroidered Shirt, size S-M in Light Olive
$49 new, will sell for $31

C. Men's Renaissance Cape, one size fits most in Black
$59 new, will sell for $35

D. Men's Floppy Renaissance Hat, size M in Black
$35 new, will sell for $17

E. Men's Knee Boots (with zipper and ties in back), fits shoe size 11 in Black
$70 new, will sell for $20 - SOLD!!!

F. Women's Long Plain Chemise, one size fits most in White
$45 new, will sell for $29

G. Women's Gathered Skirt, waist size 27-33 inches in Black
$50 new, will sell for $32

H. Women's Twill Bodice, waist size 27-29 inches in Burgundy (reversible to Black)
$69 new, will sell for $42

$200 + shipping for the whole package. This is a very high quality two person costume set that will last a long time, and the craftmanship is evident especially in the bodice and embroidered shirt.

The wedding was held here, at beautiful Garrett Chapel, a castle-like church owned by a friend's father in the bluff area of Keuka Lake:

Here's Anne & I. I'm a bit ashen as I had some harsh-@ss chemo the day before. Mind you, this sort of thing isn't really my thing, but I gladly looked the part for a good friend, and had a great time.

The bride and groom who have the strongest union I've ever seen anyone have:

And me just trying to hold myself together (I did end up almost passing out during the weeding & had to go sit down; I felt terrible about that):

I think it was Bob. Truth is I'll never really know as he goes by so many names, like DD's Bottom Bob, Bob's Sagging, etc.

I personally think the boots, belt, and vest are so P.I.M.P.

You are really gonna need to shave those legs if you wanna pull it off. You're not ddoc you know, and pretending you are is not constructive at all.
Sorry rage, we really ravaged your thread :p :o :)
