How is it overclocking?
Any problems?

I noticed newegg has the 128MB 5900 in stock from MSI.
But no Ultra yet.

I want a Ultra but would like better cooling than everyone is using. :(

IIRC from some website they had a pic of the retail msi 5900s which showed it using the reference cooler

i believe as of now, all 5900s are reference designs...only thing different is the sticker

It's not the Ref design for sure.

from what i have seen the best oc is leadtek's and eVGA's
all the ultra are using ref cooling all the none ultra using their own cooling system therefore the 128MB (not ultra ) is not ref cooling.
