I've been stuck on my CoolerMaster Stacker 830 for the last 5 years and though I build every year or so, I just haven't found a case (cheaper or more expensive) that I like better.

The Cosmos is good, but doesn't cool as well. Others from Thermaltake are too heavy and Lian Li just aren't as good, IMO, as everyone says especially once you factor in price.

Either way, if you have the room, I advise to go full tower and go aluminum.

I love my Coolermaster HAF922 mid tower. The 932 full tower is taller but not as wide. I'd rather have the wider so I don't have to worry about tall heatsink/fans. It dropped my temps about 5C and it has plenty of room for cable management

Same, but an 832. I do miss having somewhere to hide the cables, though.

you can find haf 922 for about 69 when lucky, or the haf 932 for about 80.

I have an HAF 922 also and I like it. My e8400/gtx260 temps are down 10-15c compared to my old case that was crammed in my desk. I'm not sure that I have the opening on the motherboard tray though.. It doesn't look familiar, either that or I'm just not using it (it's a total mess). :P

I think the only thing I don't like about the HAF is that I always rip the heck out of my hands on the vent(s) on the bottom of the case. It's like a damned cheese grater.

i forgot which was it, either 932 or 922, but there is something i don't like about one of those.

the front panel can't be removed, makes it harder to access the fan

ah yehh. id like to change my statement.

one thing I dont like about the 932 is you cant clean the front fan easily.

I have the HAF-932 and I can take off the front panel, and clean my fan. It's the grate that you can't take off.

There's 3 screws on each side of the inside of my HAF 922 to remove the front panel.
