View Full Version : North Korea threatens Australia with nuclear strike

Thank God I am not the president...
"North Korea is carefully monitoring all Australian behaviour, so Australia must be careful in its behaviour to North Korea," Mr Myong-Chol said.
He warned prime minister John Howard, who will visit South Korea this week, to be careful in his talks with Asian leaders.
"The North Korean message is to be careful in talking," Mr Myong-Chol said.
"Otherwise, harm to Australia."
North Korean warns Australia could face nuclear strike (http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/07/15/1058034977622.html)
I am done waiting, next step is for Kim to test one of his nukes that Clinton practically built for him. North Korea is the one leading us into a war, the only thing left for military action to start is for this guy to detonate one of his nukes, or attempt to.
I don't want to wait for this guy to move these weapons around, or sell them off to anyone, its time to take this guy out:nono:

Republican Defense Plan 1
Step 1) Blame Clinton
Step 2) Attack the wrong country
Step 3) Go back to Step 1
Now with a real threat to national security, let's see what the iditot in charge can actually come up with.... lets see if he bends over for NK, like well... this (http://www.globetechnology.com/servlet/ArticleNews/TPStory/LAC/20030715/UREPOM_2-2/TPTechInvestor/)
Payment for service 50 years ago, there's a good cover.

Democrap appeasement strategy:
1) Back the mistakes of Clinton to the very end
2) Change the Subject
3) Throw away any shred of decency once had
of course, they have been following this plan for many years already:rofl
attack the wrong country? Idiot:o What the hell are you rambling about?
It is Clinton's fault and you know it, and hey, looks like you don't care about those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and are still missing, good job:thumbsup:
move along son, I wonder how you can still call yourself an American:thumbsup:
Anyways, back onto the topic.
One has to wonder how many times Kim is gonna flaunt these nukes of his, I mean, I don't think he can back up his threats really, he has threatened more countries than he has nukes. Well, nobody knows exactly how many he has, but I wouldn't want to find out under Kim's terms.
We've waited too long on this one already, the guy had the better part of a decade to develop these nukes and now he is done reprocessing those 8,000 spent fuel rods. With those if he would dedicate serious resources to his nuke program(like already isn't:p) he could probably add a new nuke to his arsenal every month for the next five to six months:eek:
pfff.. and one more starts..

Umm the one we just attacked 4 months ago that was a non-threat.. I think it was call Iraq...
And how are you blaming Clinton for a problem that completely cropped up under Bush's nose? Face it, when you decide to toss away diplomacy for firepower, what did you expect the world to learn? To come to heel? *ROTFLMAO*
Btw, as for placing blame I'd think we're a bit beyond that now...time for Bush to put his policy where is mouth is, or find a better way...
Like the payoffs I linked too... oh wait, aren't you blaming Clinton for doing something similar? At least Clinton got the reactors shut down...
As for his adding a nuke a month, this is happening under Bush's nose, quit whining about Clinton...

You can't even spell idiot, yet you have the nerve to call the president one.
Frankly, I think Clinton is a pig but I'm not about to sit here and call him an idiot. The man is a rhodes scholar. He is not a moron. And guess what? Neither is Bush. He's probably a LOT smarter than YOU. Please, you are so smug it's disgusting.
Ofcourse, there's no way to prove this, but I bet were we to have a debate (Bush vs. 1stflight) I would just about bet my life that you would end up looking like the moron/idiot, NOT him.
both presidents...
ALL presidents...
ALL foreign policy actions...
SCREWED!!!
...past mistakes/deceptions are bound to catch up with EVERYONE, not the select few.
it's crap like this that could assist in the demise of... well, you fill in the blank...
As always, I'm very disappointed.

Okay spelling Nazi.... ooooopps, you've got me on a typo.
And I'd take your bet on a debate, first Bush would have learn how to speak English properly....
Rip, dude, you've got nerve calling me smug.. you ought to read some of your own posts.

I took advantage of a mistake you made. It was great timing as a matter of fact, and I'd like to thank you for that. :)
Actually, I would bet my life that your rear end would get tanned by the president in a debate. It wouldn't even be a fair contest. He would thrash you, buddy. That is ofcourse, just my opinion. We'll never know the truth, unfortunately.
In my opinion, some of my posts can be considered smug. But you are worse. I believe I am more willing to admit that I'm not sure about things and try to keep from having firm opinions on things I don't know about. You, on the other hand, seem to have no problem spewing opinion about things you know nothing about. You have no idea what's involved with reconstructing a country after an invasion or building a democratic government. You've never done either. But ofcourse, that doesn't stop you from critisizing the president aud nauseum about how "horrible" a job he's doing. That is the sort of crap I'm talking about.

Riptide, did you know that 'of course' as a phrase is two words?
But seriously, everyone needs to zip up and put the measuring tape away. Let us save the penis size competition for another thread... preferably one with a midget and a dyslexic clown as the moderators.

Thankyou for the correction. I do appreciate it. :)
And for the record, I'm not the one stating I could beat the president in a debate. Therefore, spelling errors on my part are more forgivable.

Well I may have to concede the point as odds are he'd have his professional writers draft the questions and the reponses, his stage team make it all look impromptu, and he'd hand pick the reporters to cover it. (hmm, that sounds familiar doesn't it?) So the UDawg's, and Riptide's of the nation might think it, "fair and balanced".
Can you tell if a house has been built poorly? Even if you can't describe how the carpenters used the wrong nails, studs or cuts, you can still say the dammed thing doesn't stand. Guess what, one needn't be an expert to say when a job has been done poorly, without thought, and without care. The rebuilding in Iraq, definately fits the case.

How would they draft responses to questions that you produce? Unless you let them know ahead of time exactly what you were going to ask that would be pretty much impossible. And hand pick the reporters? Please... But anyway, this is ridiculous. I think I've made my minor point here. The president is clearly not an "idiot".
News flash, it's a lot more difficult to rebuild a country and install a new government than build a house. A poorly built house is pretty well obvious to any fool. And even then, not always. Matters of rebuilding a country are infinitely more complex. A very poor comparison, I'm sure you can cook up something better than that.
I never accused you of being stupid, just not as smart as the president. ;)

Look here genius, it was an analogy. And when rebuilding a country, it helps if you actually get help with it BEFORE getting your hands in a project you have no experience in, not after. Or at least bring Any fool should know that.

Why do you live here? You keep crying and crying. At least convervative were behind Clinton when we bombed Iraq in 98. The Dems and liberals will never be behind a Republican president.
Every time anything has to do with national security you just slam the president. Lieberals will never quite chirping even after 9/11. No loyalty to anything but the almight religion of Liberalism. It must suck always waiting for bad things to happen so you can get back into power. I would cladly oust and useless conservative republican president if it means antional security was at stake. Can you say the same. No! because the big bad united states is a evil country that had it coming.

It's a Free country UDawg, if you don't like the fact that you're free to protest your own government, you're free to leave.
And don't cast so wide a net, we all backed Bush when it came to taking outthe Taliban in Afghanistan... but everything else since has been FUBAR'd. Any man with commonsense can't walk that kind of path with his eyes closed.
Bud after watching the farce that is the Bush presidency, I'd can't imagine what your tolerance is.
As for security, attacking the wrong nations doesn't make us any more secure. Surely you must realize this.

And the people who think he's an idiot are just as wrong as you are about it. Nobody who is truly an idiot could ever become president. It takes to much intelligence to get into that position in the first place. You know that as well as I do. We can debate the merit of some of his decisions as we wish but he is clearly not an idiot.
It was an analogy, and a bad one at that. With regard to getting help on rebuilding Iraq, I agree with that comment. And I believe they are taking steps, finally, towards that. However, I don't think we're doing a bad job of it. But I fully admit that my opinion on that subject is not backed up by experience or much of anything else. It's pretty much baseless, as is (IMHO) your opinion on that subject.

I asked the question why not will you leave. I don't want you to leave I just wish you would be happy once in a while.

i agree with u on this....NK is threat to ALL, not just USA or australia, this kind of lunatics have to be eliminated for benefit of all.
i backed action in Aphganistan and i would most certainly back ANY kind of action taken in NK....those are both legitimate targets.
Aphganistan was terrorrist base and NK threatens nuking just for not liking what somebody says.
