Where can I find a list of GeForce cards --- say starting with the GeForce 3 -- and all of their stock/recommended clock and memory speeds?

Thanks!:D

Ahha! IIRC, a buddy of mine sent it to me, but my logs are at home. I'll check as soon as I get there.

That would be great! Thanks!

I am trying to compare clock speeds on my old Ti4600 to my new (won it for free) FX5600.

Then I want to compare speeds to the 5600U and the 5800 and see what I can OC the 5600 to to get a boost (especially after I upgrade the GPU cooling).

List of clockspeeds of cards pre-gfFX: http://www.tomshardware.com/graphic/20021218/index.html

You'll have to look at each page to see clockspeeds for each card(newer Radeons and GeForceFX): http://www.tomshardware.com/graphic/20030714/vga_card_guide-03.html

This is your lucky day. I happen to have an appropriate spreadsheet open .... delete proprietary info ... et voila!

Complete graphiccard table (http://www.hwhunpage.com/gvt_e.htm)

A pretty complete list of all released graphiccards with their specs...

I found an error... it says that the Rendition Verite 1000 had SDR ram, when the box (I still have the card, CDs, manual and box from 1996 lol) has "EDO RAM" in big huge letters.

Also, is it true that the Voodoo 2 (SLI) had 384bit memory interface? That makes the memory equivalent to 270Mhz 128bit.... Id say thats a LITTLE ahead of its time! The next cards to beat it in memory bandwidth were the Geforce 256DDR and the Voodoo 5!

I wish Nvidia would use 3dfx's SLI tech today... can you imagine the power (and cost) of two FX 5900 Ultras running together? I know they arent capable of doing that, but man, that'd be sweet :D

Actually EDO SDR Ram does exist :)

But nevertheless you can mail the owner of that list to add that additional information.

A colleague of mine has a NV35 Workstation (Quadro FX 3000) reference card with two RJ45 jacks in the dual-wide backplate cover, for synchronizing multi-processing and genlock.

FWIW The AGP3.0 specification includes support for multiple GPUs on the same AGP bus. Therefore we can safely assume that AGP3.0 compliant GPUS all have untapped multi-processing potential.
