"Can we be sure that terrorism and weapons of mass destruction will join together? Let us say one thing. If we are wrong, we will have destroyed a threat that, at its least, is responsible for inhuman carnage and suffering. That is something I am confident history will forgive," Mr Blair said.
Sorry buddy, I refuse to forgive just because you tried to hit a soft spot there. The whole way this war was conducted was a farce and I will stand by that until the proof that makes this war just appears. Great you freed Iraq good job, but you went about it the wrong way and "lied" to your own people to gain support for a "unjust" war based on no evidence that has remained to be true.
This seems like he is trying to weasel out by playing the humanitarian card. I have no problems with Iraq been liberated but I do have a problem with my troops and countrymen been lied to to support this war.
