Forum login is messed up?

Queen Trigger just tried to get on the forums and it said her password was no good. She never changed it... So then she did the reset password thing, and logged in using the password that was emailed to her. THAT didn't work either. What's going on? My login works fine.

This happened to me a few weeks ago.

Could not login this morning. Did nutin' but wait and worked OK at 2PM.

I've found that most login problems are solved by clearing out cookies and temporary internet files.

She did that and it's still not letting her in. In all my 57 years of using these forums I've never seen a login problem like that. :p

I had this problem until now. I couldn't log in for hours and finally I got to login a few minutes ago. Clearing cookies and all that jazz didn't help this time.

I had to remove Nvnews from my favorites, it worked after that. I had no problem with IE so i think it was a firefox thing.

QT was using Chrome FWIW.

Still no worky. Doesn't work on any browser anywhere. Admins please address this? Is there a problem with vbulletin?

I was still having reliability problems so I switched to Opera, it seemed to do the trick. I don't know if I like the design of the browser though.

Looks like we finally got it.

That was a hassle and a half. Also when resetting the password here on Opera, she got redirected out of vbulletin into: http://www.passwordresetter.com/?gclid=CMSh07W0lqECFciA5QodNG4uPQ

Is that supposed to be happening?

Agreed. Ive ran into this a handful of times before Tapatalk was installed. now im locked out :(

I had the same problem last night. Couldn't login with my correct username/password, so I had my password reset and the new one didn't work either lol.


It works this morning though. Weird.

I was still logged in this morning at home, so I reset my password and it still doesn't work. WTF?

I can't reset my password through the failed login message, my email address isn't right. And of course I can't change it since NVNews hates Gmail lol.
