View Full Version : If a PSU blows out a board

is the PSU maker (in this case, Antec) liable?

It seems to have destroyed an MSI board and an Abit board, but Antec has absolutely no info about whether or not they will reimburse you or what.

Guess I could call tomorrow, but... I'd like to know :p

bah.. that must suck...

I would think they are liable, but you would have a tough time getting them to pay up.

damn. and ive just bought an antec truepower 550 to replace my crappy Qtech which killed my Soyo.

naw I think Baron just got stuck w/ a bad one because most comments Antec psu's have been excellent, plan on picking me up one sometime soon.
