My computer Freeze up

What could be causing my computer to freeze up?
Before I installed the VIA Hyperion 4 in 1 drivers everything work great.






My Specs:
Amd Athlon XP 2500+
Biostar M7VIT Pro Kt400
512MB Crucial PC2700
Chaintech Geforce FX5200
Intergrated sound
300w PS
WIN98SE

Revert back to the older drivers, ie uninstall them or driver roll back, and just install the AGP drivers and nothing else.
