Is there anything different about these drivers, aside from that hotfix being rolled in?

mmmm mm not sure seen the hotfix back in march but thats for detection of decives when scanning for updates but seems to fix stuff in the media center dittsted the xfi in the main rig cuz oof room from the gtxes so not missing much their and use optical out now so can't tell atm.

exactly, where are the updates for the pci-e x-fi's? Creative is still only posting drivers that were meant for the rc of windows 7 dated from around this time last year for pci-e x-fi cards.

just double checked by attempting to use the 2.18's from guru3d. They don't support the pci-e xfi cards. Although guru3d's description said it would.
