Yeah... just ordered the Man U v Celtic game on ppv. I'm really looking forward to this, as friendlies between these two are seldom that, usually very competitive.

All those lucky people in Seattle will have a great time watching 1 good teams battle it out. Heck, they even put a new pitch down for the game.

The only downer is the time difference... the game kicks off at around 4 in the morning here... best get some shut eye soon or else I'll be no good to anyone at work tomorrow... ;)

Enjoy the game... and plenty of  to boot!

DUDE! NO WAY!!!

RIGHT AFTER WORK I AM HEADING TO SEAHAWKS STADIUM TO SIT IN MY SEATS FOR THIS GAME.

I have been excited for months now.

I will take pictures but my digi-camera is going bad but I will see what I can do. ;)

Right, about that pitch, the last internatinal game I saw there it looked flat. I mean the ball had low response on it and the players had footing problems. I sure hope they get a better sod company to firm up the ground.

That would be cool if you could... that stadium is something else.

Indeed. It is first class. All the big screens are in 1080i HDTV. All seats are good there. I have been in the 300 level for the first Seahawks game ther and in 100 level row 9 for USA against AAAHH I forget.

I'm getting ready to break out some of me good Kona Gold (coffee) and watch the prelude to the big fireworks on the tech scene at about 5 different sites.

This is gonna be a whacked out week to be a tech color commentator!!! :D

EDITED BITS: Oh, you're just talking about sports games....doesn't the whole nVidia fiasco sort of qualify as a spectator sport lately? ;)

4 nil to Man United... very bad. I am a fan of both teams, but lean more to Celtic as I'm Scottish. Our defending was bad... too many mistakes and sloppy goals given away. The penalty miss by Thompson could have been a major turning point as we looked to be getting into the game at that point.

Still, a nice spectacle for the fans... and a crowd of over 66,000, a record for a football match in the Pacific north west, I believe.

Never mind... Celtic have a game against Boca Juniors in Cleveland to come, so we'll win that and come happy (I hope) :)

Ya the second half was boring as you would figure. Man U sat on the lead. Celtic's problem was the middle of Man's defense and the fact they would not let the ball rip. Man had 8 shots on goal i believe and scored 4 as you said. The last goal by man was a missed off sides. I will admit I did not see the opposite side of the field but it seemed like a missed call.

We sat between a Celtic group and a Man U group. Man keep singing. It's along way back to Scotland. LOL

The pass to set up the missed penalty kick was brilliant. The match was very fun. I left my digi camera at home and got a throw away camera since that is better than mine right now. :( I will develop the pics this week and post them. I was in the 300 level row R so I was a long ways up there.

BTW the was one drunkard who did run on to the field I took some pics of him but I wonder how they will turn out. ;)
