Selling my 4 month old Diamond 5870, the card just arrived back from RMA, I tried to flash the card to an updated bios, and failed.

The card has been reflashed by Diamond, and is working perfectly, never OC'd.
I will provide assistance if the need to RMA under the existing warranty should ever arise.
I am registered and have bought/sold here in the past.

Oh, and since I'm a "truth in advertising" type of guy... For your amusement and consideration:

But honestly, it is a kickass card, it never gave me any problems until I botched the re-flash. :p

Looking for $275.00 or best offer, and will split the shipping to the cont US

So tempting! I doubt there would be much of a performance boost from my 4870s in crossfire though. DX11 is the only real bonus.

I'm sure I'll procrastinate with my indecision until it's sold and then kick myself.

Wow. Very tempting. I think I might bite. Question. I have an xfx 5870 and I want to know if it's compatible with this in crossfire? Or does it need to be the same brand?

doesn't have to be same brand. make sure you have a good power supply though, zelda.

How long is the card? I am downsizing and would like single card performance that can match my dual 8800GTXs without running as hot or consuming as much power. I was thinking of the 5850, but this is a far better deal.

Will this card fit in a mid-atx case? How many inches long is it?

I have a Corsair 620HX which is a top notch PSU but I think is slightly underpowered for an XFire setup. In addition to that I would mainly be using this card to beef up Oblivion (Oblivion with 40+ mods takes up a TON of graphics juice) and XFire reportedly doesn't work well in Oblivion. So I think I'll pass.

But +1 for this deal. HECK of a deal for a 5870. Incredible single GPU card for the price. You will not be disappointed.

yea, my 750 corsair is apparently the minimum for a SLI/crossfire setup.

I don't know if I'd believe that.... I'm pretty confident in the power of my PC P&C 750w ... I'm pretty sure it could power 480's in SLI which would be probably the most power draw you could generate on a system.... by that mentality you'd think a solid 650w could pull off 260sli or something
