Today when turned on my PC, post screen and also desktop became like this screen shot and I can't run any 3D program. Also I test this card in another PC and have same problem.
I have this ASUS Ti 4600 card for about one year and never overclock it. according to smart doctor screen all parameters are right.
Anybody knows what happened to this card ? thanks for your help.

It looks like ram or something similar has died. There isn't much you can do. Is it under warranty?

This is the third bad RAM post i've seen today. Yes, from your pictures it's certain the card's memory has failed. I've seen that exact problem before. Get a warranty replacement before the warranty expires.

Might even be lack of air flow in the case? I know the memory on my TI4400 can get pretty hot at defualt speed.

this card has a copper heatsink both for GPU and RAM but the chip temperature reached to 70C and memory reached to 60C when I played games, although the side of my case was open.
I think this high temperature killed my card after one year.
anyway, I'm going to get a replacement for this card and thanks for your helps.

The GeforceDDR in my wifes pc does that sometimes, I just let the pc boot into windows, then reboot and problem is fixed :) As your card is under warrenty, I would send it back, mine isnt under warrenty anymore :p
