The clock widget is called tajm and the battery widget is call battstatt, you can get both from the android market.
The background i got from here (http://androidforums.com/1465408-post508.html), the power widget is called switchpro, costs 99cents from the android market or you can use the included power control widget but its not transparent.
You'll need launcherpro from the android market to change the dock at the bottom, the text icons you can get form here (http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/8/1156901/Dreamlyfe.zip) and the shortcut icons you can get from here (http://launcherpro.droidicon.com/icons). To change the shortcut icons you'll need desktop visualizer from the android market.

I just swapped my iPhone 3GS for a Captivate, gave the 3GS to my girl since I just switched her to AT&T.

BTW I installed the SRE Rom and it is AWESOME!
