Let's face it, Ewing isn't getting it done with Howard in the paint. Dwight has not improved his post skills much in the past 3 seasons and continues to be a foul-limited liability late in the game.

Shaq can't teach him free-throws, but he can definitely teach him post-moves.

I am not sure the Magic can afford him this season, unless they can do a sign and trade for Gortat who took a huge step backwards last season, but potentially the next season.

Dwight is a dominant defensive player but he can easily be a 20/12 player if he can get some post moves in.

Right now, push him out of the paint and he is neutralized if he can turn and dunk. His running hook is almost a prayer.

Why would they want him? He's old, not agile, and would not be able to compete with the younger centers. He should just retire and make movies.

Shaq has made some of the worst movies of all time. I hope he keeps playing ball.

But I agree he's a bad match for the Heat. They need a young center who can run and gun and not clog the lane.

To teach Howard low-post moves, since obviously Ewing hasn't been able to.

Not to come in and play.

I think Howard is being under-developed unfortunately.

I could see him either going to Miami (for a ring, to try to catch Kobe) (if Miami even wants him), Los Angeles (to solidify his standing there, "coming home" so to speak). I don't see him going to a team with no Finals aspirations for the vet minimum...
