Thats the only good player out there that they have the ability to grab. If they don't pull off a trade for CP3, they are doomed. If they do, they might actually have a decent season.

CP3 is going to the Knicks. And Mello is going there next year when he is a free agent. So it looks like it's gonna be Miami vs NY in the East. As a New Yorker I'm delighted!

He's not going to Cleveland.
The list is NY, Orlando, Portland, Dallas. NY most likely.

WHY would CP3 go from one potentially bad situation to another?
Outside of Scott, there is little reason for him to go to Cleveland. He wants to go to a better situation (a la Miami's) so teams like the Knicks are a good fit.
I saw the Lakers being tossed around on ESPN and I would be dumbfounded if this actually happened.

Yep, the initial rumor from his "inner circle" was he wanted to go to the Lakers, Orlando, NY Knicks, or (I can't remember exactly, but I think it was Chicago)...
I wouldn't mind him on the Lakers depending on what we had to give to get him, but I don't see that happening.
We are looking pretty good after picking up Barnes (and Ratliff). We really just need to sign Brown or T-Mac now. If we sign neither, we'll be ok, but I'd love to have Brown back...

Cleveland a bad situation? NO?!?!! Wasn't it you who said that Cleveland was a championship team? 60 wins right? Cleveland is the best team in the league. They built a champeeeonship caliberz team!!! At least according to you and Zelda.
I'm glad we agree. Cleveland sucks. Noone in their right mind should go to that horrible place. Just proves the validity of everything I've been saying. Glad I made this thread. :D

No, I never said that.

You probably need to slow down a bit and read what others write :)
Apparently you just post whatever comes in your mind and don't bother reading others posts and it's annoying.
It's like having a conversation at work and you explain a business case and your colleague basically looks out the window the whole time and then when you are done they are like "ok good, well here's what I think" and it has NOTHING to do with the topic at hand and doesn't touch upon the material you yourself have spent time talking about.

Why would CP3 want to play for a owner like Dan Gilbert who publicly badmouths their star players?
I think Cleveland will win at least 35 games this season. I could see them making the 8th seed in the playoffs. Their team isn't that bad.

35 games isn't enough to get 8 seed in the playoffs...
Besides. They'll be lucky to win that many games anyway.

In the east it is. The east now have the powerhouse teams, but the west has more talent spread over more teams.

please.
35 wins is not enough to get into the playoffs at all. Besides, who gets excited about 35 wins? Thats a terrible terrible record. Like I said, I don't even think they'll be that good. They'll probably be in the late 20's in wins.
