The memory is rated at 2-3-3-6 at 400mhz, but I'm already running at 2-3-3-5. I can't get any lower however, and I see other people with 2-2-2-5's across the board. Would adjusting the voltage be a wise idea in order to kick down those timings that last notch?

You might be able to eek a lower timing out of that memory if you lower your FSB. The listed timings on the RAM are for its maximum speed, which is what you're running at right now. Try dropping down to 185 or so and see if you can get something more out of it. Otherwise I don't think there will be a way for you to adjust it any further.

Alright. Also, someone at nvmax that has the same board has his row active delay set at 11, while I have mine set at 5. I tried his setting, and it raised my sandra bandwidth score about 60MB/sec. Does anyone else do this?

I tried it, but it didn't do squat for me.
