Notes:

I don't know if you have the no spill Quick disconnect, but they are literally no spill. I wish I put more than two in my system that I just finished. They are a bit long though.

I don't know if the exos system has temp sensors or not, but if you do, use http://www.koolance.com/water-cooling/product_info.php?product_id=702 instead of one of the plugs on the gpu block.

Good luck, WC systems are not for the feint of heart when it comes to trusting your own hands and water blocks to not fry components with leaks, or incorrectly dismember the factory GPU heat sinks.

Good luck with WCIB (water cooling in a box). I've heard decent things and horror stories from others. When I did my setup I initially had my GPU and CPU cooled so I went a custom route. Now I'm on CPU only.

Can't wait to see this! Looks like it will be awesome. Have always wanted to try it but seemed way too complicated.

as a note, do you think the exos will have enough thermal headroom to cool 3 470's? I am not sure how much one does compared to the 1kW that the exos can cool. I don't know if adding another 1 x 140/120 radiator would mess up the approach you are using.

If this doesn't work good enough (AKA temps over 80 Celsius per card)

I will be purchasing an additional external 4 x 120MM radiator unit.

They said at koolance the exos v2.5 should be enough for just the 3 cards. But if not I am prepaired to go a little further.

Got Quick Disconnects with no spill ;) 3 x Male and 3 x Female

Don't have to worry about the dismemberment of the factory GPU heat sinks... Already done as you can see in the pics. Everything made it through ok.

I actually trust my hands more then anyone else. I am super picky about my stuff and builds... (AKA ANAL!!!!!) As you can see in the pics you can't even see a Computer Cord on my PC. I am going to be leak testing outside the PC for over 24 hours. Plus leak testing once in the PC.

There will only be 2 connections Plus SLI Connectors in the PC. (All Other Connections will be outside the PC!)

2 Straight Compression Fittings and the SLI Water Bridges. :) I did this to minimize any problems I could in counter.

My CPU is water cooled by the Corsair H50. I love that product!!!!

Good to know. I was not sure how much the 470's needed. I have thought about trying SLi again at some point in the future and was curious how much head room I had.

Right now I have a 3 x 120 and a 1 x 140 cooling in 470 and an i7, and so far the fans have only spun up to level 4 while playing SC2 with temps (thermal sensor on the cpu block and water temp sensors at the gpu and after the 1 x 140) in the low 40's to high 30's C.

That 4 x 120 rad should give you plenty of headroom while being able to keep the fan speeds lower. You don't plan on kidding around with this thing :)

Yeah saw the pictures and your attention to detail. My g/f would love it if I was as picky as you when it comes to tiding the cables on the desk.

When I talk to some people about my water cooling PC's they say I am crazy, or don't trust themselves to do all that work. I obviously thought I was able to pull it off :D

You will have to post some picture of the PC insides! and maybe a pic of the leak testing outside the case. I never bothered with that step (even though Koolance says you should) and went straight to the step with everything installed but only running the PSU and the pump.

Remember to test the loop before you install it. Run it for a few hours and make sure there aren't any leaks.

Looks good.

I have my old Zalman still. It was quite a machine. It didn't lower temps to below air at idle, but it stop them raising above air idle temps. That was with 2x7800GTs in the loop.

Plan on taking Pics every night!!!

I hope this motivates some to try liquid cooling!!!!

WC is not for systems that are trying to be 'budget' systems, but for systems where you are aiming high, I say why not give it a try because you end up with a quieter and better looking system in the end.

I couldn't be happier with mine. It seems to me the only down side is the initial cost and the cost of buying new GPU block when you upgrade. But if like me you only upgrade once every 18 months or so it's hardly an issue at 70 per block. When you look at the lack of noise and increase in performance (if you OC), not to mention it's good for the hardware, it seems well worth it.

How do compression fittings work? You have one part on where the barb is and one at the end of the tubing and connect them as easy as "snap"?
