What is the difference between the two other than the fact that the H70 comes with two fans vs. one fan for the H50?

Secondly, if I decide to get the H70, will I have to remove the 120mm exhaust fan on my case to install the H70 as it already has two fans?

Thirdly, if I decide to get the H50, can I use the 120mm exhaust fan on my case to do a push-pull setup with the H50?
