Weird eh? the Xabre blows away the Ti 4200 no problem in Serious Sam II.. wonder what is going on there.

The benchmark was using the extreme quality settings. I'm not certain, but doesn't that use max texture quality, aniso, etc.? (I don't have SS installed right now, and I don't remember all the things that the extreme settings enabled)

Also, a preview of the Xabre on another site mentioned that the drivers were using a lower texture quality mode by default, with no way for the user to override it.

yeah, i posted a poll about SiS Xabre's driver here (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1213)

and i believe it was a review, not a preview(the cards are out now, right?)
