Hey guys, since pretty much day one of putting together my new PC, I've been getting VERY random freezes... Everything freezes, and the only thing I can do is press the reset button.

It happens like... once every 2-3 days, very rare, but I can't figure out why, It's happened without anything open.

Is there any way to get like some sort of log that tells you where the problem is?

Thank you.

Start with a memory test, like the built in Windows one or memtest86. Let it run overnight and report back to us.

Likely no log anywhere due to the nature of the lockup. Nearly certain its a hardware issue. Are you overclocking? For your sake I really hope its the memory - otherwise you'll need to swap out parts one by one and then stress test your system with Prime95 or equivalent for 24 hours. Then see if it stays up the rest of the week with the swapped part.

I haven't done any overclocking at all. I was thinking it might be the Memory, or any way it can be the SSD?

Oh and what is the name of the built in windows memory test program? Thank you.
