With 4x AA, 1024x768 resolution, and all in-game settings at the maximum settings, what should I expect min and max frame rates be?
My GTX 460 is 768MB stock clocks. I know the 1GB version would run it fine without a doubt since it has 32 ROPs, but I'm not really sure if 24 ROPs at stock clocks would get a playable framerate 100% of the time in Crysis.

I would say you're probably fine. I'm not 100% sure, but it should run the way you want it to, especially at that low of a resolution.
I would expect framerates around 60 or higher with small drops in high action places. Just make sure you don't over do the AA settings.

At that low of a resolution you should be fine.

yea more of a slight cpu limitation with that low of a resolution
I run the game playably at 1360x768, in DX10, with 4xAA, and all settings Very High on my OC'd 8800GTX. I get some dips into the low 20s but the game is quite playable even at lower FPS. For the most part the game hovers around 30FPS. With a 460 you'll be more than fine.
