What's the difference between these cards other than 50MHz DDR on the RAM?

5600 Ultra Rev 2 is 4x1 while the 5900 regular is 4x2, IIRC.

Well, that's good enough to cripple it so that any o/c that make up for it. I'll suggest those who are on a tight budget to wait for the FX5900 Value.

Only half of the 8 pipelines that the NV35 has, and also half of the memory bandwidth 128 vs 256. That means, unless the 5600U can have DOUBLE the speed both in core and memory, if not, it'll never be on par with a 5900.

yes, I know it has 1/2 the memory bits of the 5900, we were talking about the 5800 now...

So it's just half the pipelines then?
