3.44 full pack, or 3.44 audio? Probably the latter. I think these are the ones that include the 3.48 (or higher) audio drivers, which fixed all my EAX problems with UBI games (Splinter Cell, Raven Shield, Ghost Recon). I'm looking forward to these!

Cheers,
JND

3.44 full, but it's not NVs naming system on those so...

Yo Dig: that still requires BIOS hooks which generally haven't been implemented

Drivers are on Nvidia's FTP site ... downloading now. 2000/XP only, and it looks like the web page hasn't been updated yet. Enjoy!

Cheers,
JND

If someone can please post their experiences with these, then I can see if it's worth my time and effort to install them.

Also, do you folks uninstall the old ones or just install these over them?

Here's what I did:
Uninstall NForce audio drivers. Reboot.
Uninstall NForce system drivers. Reboot.
Uninstall Nvidia video drivers. Reboot.
Install NForce 2.45 system drivers. Reboot.

And weep, and weep, and weep, because I got the "missing or corrupt nvatabus.sys" error message on reboot...

I'd say wait. I wish I did...

Cheers,
JND

I mentioned that they would be out soon a few days ago. Hopefully within the next month or two.

Now, the fundamental question:

Does the IDE driver suck?

I think they didn't include one because the one they wanted in there wasn't quite finalized, but they'll be releasing a newer pack real soon with the IDE driver in (only change)

That's what I've gathered

Hmm, all righty. Not like it matters much, just have 2 optical drives on IDE anyway.

"That makes Mr. Panda sad." :( But ower boards doesn't use the Soundstrom APU so we won't get the control panel.

Some people like to play old games on a win9x system for compatablity :) i did then i removed my floppy and needed it inorder to stall Windows ME so now alot of my games no longer works due to XP :(

wtf... I can't install them, the splash screen comes up but right after the loading bar reaches 100% it closes with no error. I already uninstalled my other nForce drivers, and now i can't reinstall my old drivers either....O_o

I don't think these drivers did this, i think something else is wrong. My computer has been acting up latley.
