An hour and a half from now, my replacement PSU comes (my replacement mobo came yesterday).
But, another thing comes.
The Sapphire Atlantis 9600 Pro Ultimate Goofy Heatpipe Cooled Card Of Doom Or Something Like That (the full name is way too friggin' long for me to remember off the top of my head).
So yeah. I guess I'll try the card before reformatting (after a thorough DriverCleaner run and all that jazz) and then after reformatting, to see if DriverCleaner really does its job.
Expect a review sometime ;)

You're probably right.. Star Wars Galaxies and Splinter Cell arrive tomorrow, and SWG, er, benchmarking with SC occupy too much of my time. ;)

I'd probably just use the standard round of benchmarking progs - UT2003, Serious Sam II (D3D and OGL), RTCW and probably post screenshots from games like Vice City, Midnight Club 2, etc. But I wouldn't use Threedeemark and you should know why that is. ;)

This Sapphire 9600 Pro seems to be really popular with a lot of people... interesting. :)

UT2003, Splinter Cell, JK2, maybe spec viewperf (I'm insane, I know), and various AA comparisons.

Well, what we have ain't your garden variety 9600 Pro. I have mine installed and ready to rock, but I haven't had a chance to game with it yet. Clock frequencies using Redline autodetect at 400/300. I'm very much looking forward to overclocking this badboy. :)

Sold American. :D
I'm waiting for the NV40/R420 line of cards. So far this card is pretty rockin'. Can play UT2003 with AA and aniso. But I'm going to do a clean install once my Audigy 2 gets here. ;)
