Posting a pole....
Which would be better,Running two 120GB in raid0 or one 240GB SSD
So long as you have a way to backup your content and important files, a RAID 0 setup is optimal. Performance does scale well as far as I know.

depends on what youre doing, raid 0 doesn't help load times much. If you are doing photo/movie editing then I would go for the raid 0.

Then get the one 240gb one. If you need more space you can always add another.

I'm not gonna do RAID 0 again. No TRIM support.
Plus a single SSD is fast enough as a boot disk and for games (SSD boost is very minimal for games anyway).
You don't need TRIM, garbage collection works good.

Bad thing is i can get two 120's for less then 1 240Gbs...

Then do that. You won't notice a difference except benchmarks and file transfers.

well you all think i should wait and see if i can find a good deal on the black Friday/Monday sales or just order one now and be done with it?
Voted no RAID. I wouldn't go RAID again unless you saved quite a bit of money on 2 x 120GB drives vs. 1 240GB.
