Thanks guys. :)

I didn't get the card until a day before launch, so I tried as hard as I could to get it out fast. Hopefully the quality is up to spec.

Good job, Vin. Nice review.

Waiting for this card myself. Step-up. Gotta love eVGA. :D

The site I was using to host the images broke the links. I should have that fixed by tonight.

EDIT: Images back up, thanks DD. :)

Good job on the review, Vin. In your opinion, how does this card stack up against a 480 and a 570?

Well, the 560 is probably on par with the 480 after OC'ing the card a little. Versus the 570, I think OC'ing will bring it close, but I think the 570 will continue to have the edge.

One of the big things about this 560 is its overclocking headroom. Some people are reaching overclocks of 1000MHz on the GPU and some people are pushing it even further. That's essentially a 200MHz (25%) OC on the GPU. Then the GDDR5 is very flexible (as you can see in my review) and people are on average pushing it towards 2400MHz (4800MHz effective). If you can get a card like that, then you can see how it quickly gains ground on the 570, and may even beat it at those speeds. My card hit about 950-960MHz on the GPU and then refused to budge from there. I even tried adding some extra voltage using ELEET, but it didn't help.

It's an impressive card.

Wow, very impressive card. Might have to replace my GTX 470 with this.

Heads up:

We're going to work on getting another GTX 560 in for vin to review, to compare to the EVGA card, and also to evaluate the SLI performance of the GTX 560.

The GTX560 Ti looks to be a great card ,wish I could trade them for my GTX 470's.

Yeah definitely a nice review when I first looked at it there were no graphs or pics, but now I see it. Hopefully you will get that second card so we can see some SLI figures.

Yes, sorry it was a problem with the host I was using. The pics are on the nV News server now so all is well and they shouldn't disappear again. :)

Nice review.

I just ordered the 900MHz Gigabyte Windforce for $234 w/ free shipping. Looks like it's going to serve me well. :D
