DX11 didn't work in the DA2 demo, maybe this helps.

DX11 wasn't in the demo, even though the option was there (according to Bioware).

Choosing DX11 in the config works, and the game no longer has corrupted graphics when you try to use DX11.

And it does look nicer than choosing the DX9 option. It might just be the higher detail as you aren't limited to the "medium" detail setting.

DX11 was not supported, yet it was still there. Performance was horrible though for me.

Anyone else finding this often causing drops to 1fps or greyscreen hangs when running things in or moving to windowed mode?

I'm having this with OpenGL games based on the quake 3 engine (quakelive, quake3, wolfcamql)
