Yes, it should work fine, Riva Tuner dose not have OverClocking enabled by Default.

I always run Vsync on when playing games. No point in having a really high fps number if the game doesn't run smooth.:rolleyes:

Hell, I would take 35fps with max eye candy if it ran smooth as silk over 400fps that drops down to 200fps then back up whenever I get near an area with alot of polys. :D
