Help A Photoshop n00b!!

Title says it all - I'm a complete noob to all the great...*ahem*...things some of you folks have done with Photoshop. Of course most of them involve my bald melon but still - a parody is a parody adn I don't know to do such things myself! I need practical, "walk-you-by-the-phallus" type of tutorials and stuff!
