This bad boy is going down to the short block, pretty much all new top end :) The goal is 460 rwhp.

When I get done with school I'll be able to do any mods/tuning you need. Only distance will be a factor. I'll be in Lee County, Virginia. Going to school in Pennsylvania though (blah).

Maybe when all that gets done you can keep up with my 02 Z28 that is cranking out 570hp to the crank right now. Bring it down to Bristol, and we'll take them to Street Fights.

Yeah, the stock rims look better then those ones. Are you going to "murder" it out? If so definitely get gunmetal rims.

Also consider changing the intake and doing a tune. Can't tell from the pics if those have been modded yet. Modding a car is an expensive hobby. :/

Installing stepped headers and doing a tune on my M3 this summer. Next year when I get more funds I am installing 4.1 gears. Its a work in progress!

edit: gunmetal zr1 rims would look sick!

edit2: It would also look better with a drop! New springs or just new coil overs

I already have an intake sitting at the house :) The dyno tune is planned, but I'm waiting to install all the parts I have. Cam swap, ported heads, yella terra 1.7 roller rockers, kooks longtubes, xpipe, and a few more others I'm forgetting.

ZR1 rims would look sick, but the problem is with reproduction rims they are usually heavier and more poorly made than the originals. I'd have to hunt for a set off a ZR1. Theyre different sizes too, so that means new tires, which means more money.

I'm partial to the Corvette GS rims, I like the black rims with the machined face. But getting them in a size wide enough means going up to 18x9.5 in the front and 19x12 in the rear. But again, that means going with a reproduction rim thats usually heavier and lower quality. I'd like to just save up for a nice set of Fiskes :)

Very nice! One day I hope to own a Corvette.
My sister has a late 70s one and me and my best friend used to take it out on Saturday night and go cruising back in the early to mid 80s. Ahhh good times.

Nice! C5z's are easy to turn into nasty mofos. Lotta power in a lightweight package. Cam only an easy 400whp.

Yup ;) I went with a mild cam, but it'll hit 400rwhp with just the cam for sure. I'm still waiting on the PRC Stage 1 LS6 Heads, Kook's 1-7/8" Longtubes, and Kook's Xpipe with Magnaflow cats; then I'll get it all installed and dyno tuned when I come home. I'll get some videos and let you know what it puts down!

There are so many parts being delived for the Z06 customizations, that we had to hire a receipt and inspection expert.

Meet our little man Bryce! He's on it! (nana2)

Nice! Got any pics of the kooks headers? Definitely get them ceramic coated, its worth the $300-400.

Here are the ceramic coated Super Sprint stepped headers I ordered. Now all I need is a day or two of free time in order to install them. :)

Nice headers. Like the single flange design but I am not too fond of the collectors though. Definitely get them ceramic coated.

I am guessing you are getting a tune afterwards. Wonder how the vette handles Alpha-N tunes.
