a. http://www.ntcompatible.com/ This site lists whole bunch of EXE files, that are possible/impossible to run under windows XP/NT. Yes, they offer solutions. I found FF7 XP patch here.

b. http://www.lafn.org/webconnect/mentor/startup/PENINDEX.HTM This site lists whol bunch of executable files (eg. *.exe; *.com) and explains about the file. Simply telling what kind of exe files that is and what it does.

c. http://www.kolumbus.fi/eero.muhonen/FS/Download.htm From this site, you can download EMS MK-2 program, which is a free banner blocking program. Yes, I use this program and I didn't see any banners popping up.

d. http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm This site gives you whole bunch of solutions for windows XP / NT serieses.

e. http://www.fileshack.com/ Here, you can download any 3D files (Remember the 3DFILES.COM?) free, 100k download 24/7. Don't forget that you have to register to start downloading files.

f. http://www.worldtimeserver.com/ Guess I don't need to xplain this one.

g. http://babelfish.altavista.com/ Foreign language? Who cares...

h. I'll update rest of them pretty quick.

Good Idea!

1-http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_pages/startup_full.htm
Very useful in that it will tell you where all your start up programs originate from. I only have 5, down from like 30. Sorry for those that find virus start ups.:)

2-http://scan.sygate.com/trojanscan.html
Use this to see if your computer ports are wide open for me....I mean anyone to come in.:)
