The way I plan to fix this is

-Rust converter the rust
-sand them till down to bare metal
-sand primer so the paint has somthing to hold onto
-Then paint with my cars color (found it online)
-sand with very high grits till smooth as rest of car
-clear coat it
-then wax it

Is this the way to do it fellas? Im very iffy on the the door though....

Searching for rust repair on youtube should tell you what you need to know, there's tons of vids etc regarding this subject.

Sanding by hand will take you a long time. You will need to sandblast the rust off of the metal and then primer and paint.

I didnt have money for the rubbing compound, but not bad for a first go at this stuff

(oh yeah when i was sanding the rust it just broke off some peices of the actual metal. I might try and fiber glass it with bondo down the road who knows, uggg why did I have to live where we use salt on the roads :thumbdwn:)
