The two Rust I want to get at are on the side just above my bumper and a really nasty one right under my passenger door

The way I plan to fix this is
-Rust converter the rust
-sand them till down to bare metal
-Primer
-sand primer so the paint has somthing to hold onto
-Then paint with my cars color (found it online)
-sand with very high grits till smooth as rest of car
-clear coat it
-then wax it
Is this the way to do it fellas? Im very iffy on the the door though....
