So what the difference between the 590 & the above 595?

Nothing. That article was done back in January before the GTX 590 was official.

Other than that, the picture shows a different cooler, similar to the one they used on the GTX 460 2WIN.

I dont get it? ... So is there even such a thing as a GTX 595? .... Is one even in production?

It's simple before the launch of Dual Fermi they think it will be called 595 nothing more
