lol bob

EDIT: Seems like the ASRock has PCIe 3.0 slots, while the Gigabyte has 3 PCIe 2.0 slots. I don't know, it's a toss up. Flip a coin lol.

ASRock would be my preference and it looks like a nice looking board too. I've had a few ASRock boards and they have been good.

I would muster a little bit more cash for a better mobo all around if you can.

any suggestion?

Do you have to have a Z68 chipset? If not the P67s would give you a pretty full featured board for the same or a little more money.

Brand is a tossup between Asus and Gigabyte for me, although I've read that Asrock is pretty solid too.

I should mention that I'm still on skt 775 myself, but what I've read suggests the P67 might be a good alternative for you.

I was considering this one.

I'd have it by now if finances had not tightened up on the wife and I.

but bulldozer is slated for release soon too, so i don't mind waiting to see what kind of price/performance that brings to the table. Hope this helps some.
