The awards show kicked off today at 11am Pacific in front of an eager audience of tech-enthusiasts.

Molly Wood and Brian Cooley, two prominent CNET personalities, announced the MeMO ME370T as the winner in the Tablets category ‚?? beating out the likes of the Razor Tablet, Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga and Toshiba Excite X10 tablets.

MeMO 370T boasts a 7-inch, 1280 x 800 resolution display, an 8-megapixel camera and is powered by the Tegra 3 quad-core mobile processor, running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS). Best of all, you can get all these specs for just $249.

This is the second year in a row that CNET has bestowed their ‚??Best of CES‚?? award on an NVIDIA Tegra-powered Android tablet.
