If you haven‚??t been in Vegas this week, here‚??s a quick video tour of our booth, showing what you‚??re missing.

Tegra 3 Tablets

We‚??re showing a handful of spanking new Android tablets, powered by Tegra 3. They come in different form-factors and price points to cater to the varied needs of tablet users.

Acer Iconia Tab A510 Android tablet is the successor to the Tab A500, and sports the same 10.1-inch, 1280 x 800 display. But, that‚??s where the similarity ends. The Iconia Tab A510 runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS), which has been lightly customized by the folks at Acer to include a circular launcher. The front of the tablet is adorned with a 2-megapixel camera, while the backside boasts a 5-megapixel shooter.

ZTE‚??s Android tablet is being previewed at our booth as one of the first 7-inch tablets to run Android ICS. This compact slate features a 1280 x 800 display and 16GB of onboard storage. It‚??s strictly intended to be a sneak peek of ZTE‚??s ICS offerings in the near future.

ASUS Transformer Prime TF201 is the only tablet in our lineup capable of converting between slate-only mode and laptop mode. Regardless of how you use it, you‚??ll be able to take full advantage of the 10.1-inch, 1280 x 800 Super IPS+ display, 8-megapixel camera and microSD card reader ‚?? all packed into a svelte 8.3mm-thin chassis.

Tegra Software

Tegra isn‚??t just pushing boundaries in mobile hardware. It‚??s also driving a revolution in mobile software. Various demo pods in our booth are showing off Tegra-optimized Android apps and games.

Windows 8 is being previewed, running on an ARM-based Tegra tablet. The revamped Windows 8 ‚??Metro UI‚?? is intended to work well on the tablet form-factor.

Snapseed, from the developers at Nik, is a new photo-enhancing app for ICS devices. The processor-intensive app uses intelligent algorithms to provide one-click photo touchups and special effects.

Shadowgun: DEADZONE, from Madfinger Games, is the multiplayer version of the popular Shadowgun game. It allows up to eight players to connect wireless for head-to-head multiplayer action. It debuts exclusively on Tegra 3 devices soon.

Shadowgun THD, also from Madfinger Games,is the Tegra 3-optimized version of Shadowgun. This demo shows off stereoscopic 3D gaming for Tegra 3 devices

Splashtop THD leverages Tegra 3‚??s hardware-acceleration to bring high-end PC games to your mobile devices. The Splashtop demo pod showcases an Asus Transformer Prime connected remotely to a GeForce GTX-based gaming PC. The end result is a lag-free connection that allows you to play games like Elder Scrolls: Skyrim on a tablet.
