pc crash on gaming

During multiple games (e.g. Counter-Strike, Warcraft 3, GTA3, GTA Vice City, Unreal Tournament 2003) my pc freezes, I suspect this to be a graphics card problem, and/or drivers problem.

My graphics card is a WinFast GeForce 2 TH MX400, are there known problems/fixes for this card, I have the latest drivers Leadtek.

If anyone knows of anything related, or can help, please do.

Which are "the latest Leadtek drivers"? Which version number?

Also, what operating system are you using?
