after a reboot the mem and clock will reset any suggestions?

What Overclocking program are you useing?

If its Riva tuner, the clock resets after reboot to protect your card.

Example, if you oc your card to much andyour pc locks up, then when you rebooted it would continualy lock up.

But there is an option to make it change the settings on boot, however that is highly up to your risk.
