View Full Version : Hmm ATI's Catalyst feedback wont submit right now.

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

Please try the following:

Open the apps.ati.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Click Search to look for information on the Internet.
You can also see a list of related sites.




HTTP 500 - Internal server error

I keep getting this. Could anyone else try it and see if its currently working? You can get the link in my sig. The page loads. But when I try and submit it. It gives me a typical Page is not there error.

I was tryen to submit several things at once. But paticularly feedback request. I still cant do it. It seems rather strange to me.

I used to be able to submit feedback, Like a month and half ago,..

Be sure not to post anything (or very little info) in the Additional Hardware box...I hear that putting alot of data in there will keep the page from posting...

Try printing out your completed submission, wrap it around a brick and tie it up with a string, drive up to Canada and chuck it thru CM's window!

If nothing else it's bound to stand out. ;)

(BTW-I am JOKING! Please don't throw bricks at ATi headquarters!)

If you cut and paste your sys spec from a text file (like mine below), then the form crashes. :D Maybe it doesn't like DOS carriage returns or something. :/

I submitted that bug in their feedback form, haven't checked to see if it's fixed.

bigberthaEA hit it right on. Every time somebody has told me they cant submit feedback its always because the text they are putting in certain fields is too long. Try shortening your feedback in different fields

That could possibly be it. I wrote like a little story in my feedback. I'll try again today. Maybe submit Duo feedbacks so i can get it all in there.

A Suggestion tho. If it has a text limit. Perhaps make note of that on the html form?
