RCA to vga adaptor name?

Hey, i know there was a device that allowed you to hook up like RCA and svideo and it converts it to vga.

Heh i hope this isnt too much spam, but i need one really bad. Me and my friends want it so we can watchtv/play consoles on my lcd heh.
