hi, i've just been messing around with all my cpu options in my bios and im a bit confused about some of the options...okay, all of the options. these are what show:

Speed spectrum enabled
auto dectect dimm/pci clk enabled

Host/pci clock at next boot is 133/33mhz
dram clock at next boot is 166mhz/200

now. what do these mean? and how do i adjust the multiplier? (if there is one...why do i feel like such a noob?)

Speed about 0.50% or 1.00% I find that this underclocks the CPU by lowering you FSB.

Auto selects speed of the PCI/AGP bus, 133MHz = 1/4 33MHz 166MHz = 1/5 33MHz PCI

How fast the memory will run async with FSB 133MHz FSB 200MHz Ram.

If your board supports overclocking aka multiplires it should be in the hardware monitoring options screen with the CPU VCORE & Memory voltage options. Should be all set to H/W default.
