With the new .33 drivers in XP+DX9, UT2K3 with everything maxed (even physics) and 4xAA/8xAF, I am sometimes dipping to a low of 39 FPS in Antalus at 1024x768x32, average in the 50s. However, the DM-Icetomb level dips to a low of 16 FPS in the same res! In 0xAA/0xAF, the Nature part of 3DMark03 dips to 11 FPS after starting out at like 100 FPS?? My overall 3DMark01 and 03 scores are 15267 and 5876 respectively when clocked at Ultra 450/850 level with 0xAA/0xAF. Are these acceptable scores and does anyone else get such extreme FPS dips at those settings? Even without AA/AF, my Antalus is jumping around from over 100FPS to 50FPS depending on where I am on the map during a game! Normal, or not? I am seeing other people getting 16000 and 6300 in the 3dMarks!? I'm running 875P chipset P4 at 2700Mhz. THANKS!!

They do seem abit low, might want to uninstall the drivers and use this program and remove the drivers left overs, make sure you install you video card as a standard PCI card http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?page=detonatorrip&menu=0 then reinstall the drivers, also make sure to disable any anti virus scanners as this can provent somethings being copied over.

Thanks for helping out. Mods?

On topic, the 3DMark 2003 benchmark does drop that low in the Nature test as it is very demanding. 6300 is an extreme score, only achieved on R9800 Pros or GF5900 Ultras with P4s above 3Ghz on 875P motherboards.

Frame rate does vary on where you are standing in maps, it makes sense because fps depends on what the card has to render at the given time. Generally, open spaces require more power than closed ones to render.
I myself score at 15700 in 2K1 with a 2.9 P4 and a 5900 clocked at 460/950.
I scored around 5500 in 2K3 with my 5800 at 500/950, I expect it to rise but haven't tried it yet.

wow, this industry really is unforgiving. It's doesn't matter if you're pretty good in everything else. Look bad in one thing and instantly everyone thinks you suck.

Gyros! Doner kebab! With tzatziki ( yogurt with spices)! Tastes excellent.
We do eat greek and cypriot foods. You should try SHEFTALIA! Cypriot delicacy.
